I work with those aged 18 and over. I can help you to overcome life’s difficulties, problems and manage them better. Talking therapy is for anyone who's going through a bad time or emotional problems they need help with. During talking therapy, I will listen to you and help you find your own answers to problems, without judgement. I will give you time to talk, cry, shout or just think. It's an opportunity to look at your life / problems in a different way with respect you and may offer opinions
