This is a full body home workout, do it slowly and steadily. Never rush through your workouts.

Warm up : 20 jumping jacks

  • 10 push ups 
  • 10 bicycle crunches 
  • 10 superman
  • 10 squats

Repeat the above 2 to 3 times at your pace.

Cool down: 20 jumping jacks.

Stay hydrated throughout your workouts. If any point of time, you do not feel comfortable with the workouts, never do it.
