I have been counselling and teaching since 2017. I have worked in China, Thailand and South Africa. as a teacher and counsellor. I enjoy working with people that come from many different walks of life and hearing their stories. I enjoy being able to help my clients rewrite their stories and help them to move in a more positive direction.

How I work
I enjoy working hand in hand with my clients to help them overcome any difficulties that they are facing. I offer the support that they may need to explore any difficulties and move forward. Exploring these difficulties can be uncomfortable and intense but I am there to offer support and guidance. I work mainly from a solution focused and person centred framework. I have experience in employee wellness, addiction, trauma and bereavement counselling.
