If you feel that you've lived life trying to fit in rather than being authentic to your values then I am a coach for you. If you feel guilty taking time to follow your dreams, or even taking time out for yourself then I am the coach for you.

How I work
The sessions last for an hour and are conducted online via zoom or google meet. My package is called 'Reclaim your joy' - a series of 6 sessions. The first session would be goal-setting, the second would be understanding your reality, third is looking at behaviours, patterns. Fourth is identifying everything that's holding you back. Fifth is rewiring your brain & sixth is self sustenance. Apart from this I also do ad-hoc sessions ( groups of 2) for laser-sharp focus on one critical area.
