I have gained experience in the majority of Essex drug and alcohol services. I'm the Chairman of the Essex Recovery Foundation, which is currently the largest addictions service in Essex. I have an addictions therapy degree from Bath University and I'm part of the twelve step fellowships. I use Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Person Centred, Family Therapy and Interpersonal Group Therapy. I am also Reiki Master and a qualified Yoga instructor and I’m able to offer you holistic therapy if needed
