I believe in the power to transform lives with support and mentoring. I have been a social worker, women's counselor, and college professor in education and counseling. I have been an advisor to college and grad students, life/career coach to many. Studied yoga since 1986 and began teaching yoga in 2007. How I work
My work is an integration of mind, body, spirit work. I generally work with women over 50 in both individual sessions and I hold small group sessions that meet once a week on zoom. Groups are in Yoga & Life Coaching for Women Over 60. I present prompts to allow women to explore where they want to go in life with relationships, work, passions, parenting. I follow the lead of the women and I present readings in between sessions. Transformations and connections naturally occur.
