About

I am a certified holistic health coach and Yoga trainer. I believe our greatest weakness is meant to become our greatest strength. During my professional experience - online or face to face - I helped people suffering from burnout, fatigue, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional disorders, depression, lack of virility, overweight, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, insomnia, stiffness, addiction. I also make videos, write books and articles in french and english. Three of my books are already published.

How I work

During the first free coaching session, I evaluate the situation. So I try to understand what are the strengths and weaknesses of my clients, what are their goals and purpose in life, how I can help them, etc. My method is flexible, but some of my leitmotivs are: Mind-Body relationships, Emotions, Beliefs, Self-awareness and self-assessment, Nutrition, Nervous energy, "Internal" exercises, "External" exercises (using a Chinese terminology).
