Hello, I am Daisy who's born and raised in Hong Kong, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Studies, at HKU. I have a deep interest in the field of psychology, where I educate myself through books and non-degree courses. My interests include Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Therapy and Dreams. I am a Registered Executive Coach under the Association of Coaching and Training since 2019 June.

How I work
I conduct video coaching (zoom)/ phone call with my clients (45 mins). Prior to the session, the client needs to think of a problem which the client really wants to solve, or a goal with the desire to achieve. During the session, I would ask the client some questions pinpointed to what he or she has shared. This can inspire the client to think in a broader scope and discover new insights. As a result, the client is transformed and progresses in life.
