I am Susana González. I discovered that I am a Highly Sensitive Person not too long ago, in 2017. I started researching on the web what this was about high sensitivity, also called Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS, the scientific term for the trait), and I'm still researching about it now. If people constantly tell you that you are too sensitive, perhaps you are a HSP as well. I will help you to find your identity, set healful boundaries and have fulfilled relationships.

How I work
I am a compasionate Humanistic counsellor, I use Active imagination and Focusing in therapy. Although I chose Carl Rogers approach, I prefer to use an integrative approach and I use CTB and the Empty chair and the Unfinished business of the Gestalt school to treat bereavements and certain maladaptive behaviour, and NLP. I will offer advice, support, rehabilitation and guidance to clients who have experienced trauma or hardship. I offer therapy in both English, Spanish and French.
