How I work
The first part of my career was executive director of business trade assn with 125 members. Then, with a partner, built a technical consulting business from scratch to 50 employees before selling it to large public company. As an owner, developed skills in sales, marketing, marketing and mergers & acquisitions. Our clients were small to large firms in medical imaging, clinical diagnostics & life science instruments. Also have experiencing in raising money for nonprofits: $25 mil and counting.
