I am a mother of 2 small kiddos, and step mom to an almost 9 year old Girl. I Have been a step mom for 5 years and help others work through difficult situations and circumstances that come up in blended families. I have served in the military and am now a military spouse, which gives me great insight into the specific stressors and pressures that come along with “ Military Life.” I love working with people to become their best selves by incorporating my education and life experience.

How I work
I have extensive experience working with couples, youth and families. I have coached families with children in the mental health system as well as in the child welfare system. I have my BA in Psychology and my Master of Social Work and have continued to coach parents, blended families, and military families. I feel these life styles come with uniquely difficult circumstances that are sometimes easier to work through with someone who has similar experience,, and can see multiple perspectives.
