Having an imposter syndrome can leave you feeling stuck and frustrated. Saying things like this is too good for me, I'm not actually good at this, they are going to see right through me or I studied for weeks and I'm still not prepared. These thoughts can make you quit and go hide. Focusing on what you don't know causes you to underestimate what you do know. This lowering your self confidence to not believe in yourself and fear being exposed as a fraud. The only way to stop feeling like an imposter is to stop thinking like one. To find out ways to overcome imposter syndrome send me a message and let's get you in the right direction. In the meantime, click on the link below and watch this short video.
