Ding! Ding! Ding!
Before we know it, the bell (or our alarm clock) sounds and it's time to face the world. We planned the day very well, or so we thought until life delivers a left hook which causes us to fall. The left hook could have been preceded by a series of blows which included a sudden car accident, stolen credit card, urgent phone call from child's school, and then a global pandemic to top it all off. Think about any of the setbacks you have encountered. Did you plan for life before or after you hit the ground?
The referee counts "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 !!!!!!!!!" There is no movement from you on the ground. Then, the referee waves both arms to indicate that life has knocked you clean out. While on the ground, you revisit how all of this happen so sudden but have no answers. What if the answers centered on the reality of work life balance?
