It’s actually much easier to encourage an existing client who knows and likes what you provide to consider increasing their investment in you. How you choose to employ that is up to you.

Reaching out to your customers and asking them is one of the simplest ways to see what their pain spots are, as well as opportunities for you to reach out and fix some of their existing challenges. By understanding your customers, you have a better scope to understand what it is that they need from you - and allows you to provide what they need.

Bundle

If you have a range of products and services, then you might find that bundling these together is a great way to encourage and drive sales. This is because a potential customer will always equate the concept of a bundle with some kind of saving, no matter how nominal that saving might be. 

A good idea here is to have some flexibility in your bundles - you don’t want to risk turning a customer off because they’re only interested in half of the services apply to their specific needs. Instead, consider mixing and matching for your customer profiles, so that you can align your products and services with your different clients’ needs.

Listen

Open communication is an excellent way to make sure that you know you are providing something of substance. Listen to your customers and feedback from people who almost bought from you. Ask leading questions, and actively listen to the feedback being given.
