"Birth is about making mothers - strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength." (Barbara Katz Rothman) I see those mothers, sometimes they don't feel strong and capable, oftentimes they doubt themselves. I help them feel strong, powerful and excited by their journey of motherhood, I help them build their communities, step into leadership and sometimes little by little, sometimes with a roar, we change the world.

How I work
I have some very practical services such as hypnobirthing courses and breastfeeding support. I also offer workshops and training days. But the biggest transformations come from a structured programme of coaching and teaching. In my Evolve programme, I work with women over twelve weeks to move them from exhausted and overburdened, perhaps snapping at the people closest to them, to a more relaxed way of living. A way where they still get plenty done, but they have more fun and laughter too.
