I'm a fun, awakened, straight talking soul. I speak fluent Spanish, backpacked around the world & moved to México to live. I love what I do, and I do what I do because of the huge shifts I have experienced in my own life from changing my own mindset & what I think, feel & believe about myself. It all comes from within! The 'internal' relationship we have with ourselves, drives our life. This is where we must start in order to make lasting change in our lives.

How I work
I work remotely via Zoom. My Coaching packages are done in 6 week blocks. Silent Counselling can be done in individual sessions or block sessions.
