I am a practicing Buddhist which keeps me grounded and develops my wisdom, compassion and courage. I have many different interests, including weather, analyzing things, scrabble, travelling, global news. Family and friends are very important to me as well as connecting with different communities. I have worked with mental health concerns, relationships, addiction concerns as well as the GLBT community. I truly believe in helping people to understand themselves better to become truly happy.

I believe in working together with clients so as to meet them where they are in life. I am here to help people develop insight, wisdom, and compassion toward themselves. A session could include much listening while I give me reflections and perspective on situations. Some sessions may require some practical work such as learning about limited thinking patterns in order to see problems in a different light. I believe in changing poison into medicine so everything can become a source of value.
