How I work
After an initial free discovery session, I send out a questionnaire to enable the client to think about what support they need, I then work together with client via zoom, telephone and email exploring whatever they feel is creating unhappiness in their lives and preventing them from achieving their goals. I use various tools and techniques in the process of helping them achieve a fulfilling and peaceful life.
