I get on a free 30 minutes discovery session virtually (Skype, zoom, Google meets). After the session I tailor a program according to your needs and goals as my client, as I don't believe in a one size fits all. We then have 45 minutes-hour weekly sessions and walk together on your journey to reach your goals. I will help you rid self-limiting beliefs and build your mental strength.
