Health and Fitness, along with Mindset, Motivation, and Momentum are my passions. I help people overcome the obstacles that are keeping them from ACTIVATING THEIR POTENTIAL by improving their mindset and strategies for success! I am a survivor of Suicidal Ideations and because of my experience I started a nonprofit working with the veteran and first responder communities dealing with trauma, recover, and reintegration into society.
