All of my life I have struggled with anxiety and very low self-esteem. I have struggled with addiction and have been shunned by my family. This made my life impossible to live, I couldn't hold down a job, I was kicked out of school, and I had no friends to reach out to. Luckily, I was put in front of a counselor who was extremely understanding and helped push me into action. With his direction I was able to totally turn my life around.
Professional background
I have worked as a Life Coach/Counselor for over 4 years now. I studied at The Mehan Institute for Counselor training.
How I work
The way I normally run appointments is pretty casual. It's important to me that clients feel like they have as much say over how our time is spent as I do.
