Over the course of the last three years, my mentality, spirituality, among other things have shifted in a way I could not even imagine. The connections or relationships I’ve been able to attain have become more stable, sustainable and healthier. The one common denominator among these changes has been my willingness to simply take a step back and recalibrate my thoughts around situations that present themselves. The way I work is by first gaining a good understanding about the situation from their perspective. Identify any patterns or limiting beliefs, with the objective of bringing awareness to their role in the situation. Then segue into establishing a healthier communication dynamic with oneself prior to diving into the obvious and simply finding a short term solution.
