Hello! I am Cristina, a competent, qualified and good-humoured counsellor with a proven ability to empathize and communicate with individuals from all backgrounds, age and cultures. I find my job to be an extension of who I am as it genuinely resonates with something inside myself and I do it with great enthusiasm. I believe that counselling is a process of value often resulting in increased client’s well being and self-improvement. Being part of it is certainly rewarding.

I believe that “we cannot move away from what we are, until we thoroughly accept what we are. Then change seems to come about almost unnoticed.” (C. Rogers) I listen to you and I am optimistic. I take your hurt, confusion, alienation as part of the fluid process of becoming. It is OK to feel how you feel now! Will I judge you? No. The only person that can judge you is yourself. I believe that in favourable conditions each one of us can flourish and become an amazing human being
