My philosophy is simple. Find what you love and do it everyday; and I love to help people. When I'm not chasing around my 4-year old son, you can find me in a spin class - my spin class. I provide a one of a kind therapy-like fitness class that earned me a reputation that speaks for itself. I've honed my abilities in communication and coaching and the desire to help others, which provides me with a solid foundation for counselling others.
