My name is Tim Bearden and I am an Enneagram personality and relationship coach. I graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a degree in journalism, focused on investigations. After the recession in '09, I became a computer engineer and worked in ministry as an IT and Communications Director. I am a Master of Arts in Psychology candidate at what is now the University of Arizona Global Campus (formerly Ashford Univeristy) as well studying personality and social psychology.

How I work
As an Enneagram coach and/or consultant, my goal is to help transform relationships and help you not only enhance the ones you have, but also teach you how to build healthier relationships as you move through life. It is through the Enneagram that we best undesrtand human personality as it is closer to an algorithm than subjectivity, like other personality assessments out there. To know oneself is great, but understanding others is paramount to healthy communication.
