I have been in mental health working as a psychotherapist for over 25 years. I work with adult and children beginning at age zero. I specialize in Infant Mental Health (0-5), parentings, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and many diagnoses from the DSMV criteria. I specialize in bereavement as there is a dire need to heal from the death of loved ones including fur babies. I have a true compassion to empower, coach and listen to my clients needs so they can be the best version of themselves.

I work using a client focus techniques where the client drives the session. The importance of listening to the client's needs are dire when assisting in goal setting. I am extremely passionate & understand the importance of personal development, growth mindset and stepping out of your comfort zone. Change begins within you & there are times where you need to learn about yourself through reading, coaching and completing self inventory in order to apply the necessary strategies to make change.
