About

My journey up to this point began after my divorce over 10 years ago. I started taking classes and reading books for my own personal development and found it very fulfilling to share this knowledge with other women. I even joined a non-profit organization and helped write curriculum for Syrian refugee women to help them start rebuilding their lives. I was given the opportunity to visit these camps in Lebanon and to this day, it has given me a lasting impression that I will never forget.

How I work

I am a personal life coach passionate about helping women 40 and above to discover a life of meaning, purpose and fulfillment through life’s transitions. Focuses may include loneliness, aging, divorce and menopause. I received my coaching certification a coaching program certified by the International Coaching Federation. I have also been a professional educator for over 20 years with a Master’s degree in Education Administration, with certifications in Professional and Leadership Development.
