About

I am married with two children, three grandchildren, and one Chihuahua named Joey. I have had the privilege of doing Life Coaching throughout my entire career. A 17-month season of depression and burnout taught me more about myself, prayer, and who God is... than I ever dreamed possible. It also left me with a heart of compassion, empathy, a desire to help others, and a non-judgmental spirit. Perhaps God would lead you and I to working together on completing your goals?

My goal is find the best way to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. I am a skilled listener and help you understand your situation better by the way you describe it. I use my own life experiences/struggles and my years of working with people in virtually all situations in life to provide strategies, consultation, and accountability for the client. I look forward to getting to know you and agreeing on a goal and a strategy for your success.
