I can offer help with a wide range of issues. I work with a diverse gender client group of young people, adults, older adults and special needs. I have worked for the NHS in primary care, Royal Borough of Kingston, Epsom Counselling Service and Nuffield Health. I am also an eating disorder sponsor supporting people in early recovery from anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating and compulsive exercise syndrome in the 12-step eating disorder recovery programme OA.

How I work

I work collaboratively with my clients to gain insight into repeated patterns of behaviour enabling self-awareness into past trauma. Moving away from unhealthy relationships and habits can help us to feel stronger, gain more self-esteem and therefore control. I offer both short 6-12 weeks or long-term, face to face, online and telephone counselling. I am an integrative-relational counsellor which means I work with a range of different counselling and psycho-therapeutic theories.
