How I work

During the first free coaching session, I evaluate the situation. So I try to understand what are the strengths and weaknesses of my clients, what are their goals and purpose in life, how I can help them, etc. My method is flexible, but some of my leitmotivs are: Mind-Body relationships, Emotions, Beliefs, Self-awareness and self-assessment, Nutrition, Nervous energy, "Internal" exercises, "External" exercises (using a Chinese terminology).
