I have many years of lived experience in recovery, take a non-judgemental, empathetic and 'accepting of otherness' approach to life - and coaching. I search for the fun and laughter and love to see people get out of the dark and into a lighter way of being - getting in touch with their true selves - I found it liberating when it happened to me and it's wonderful to see during coaching.

I work in a kind, supportive way. I'm direct, open, honest, always open to feedback, gentle, reassuring, tough when it's required, insightful and intuitive. I have a great understanding of mental health issues and find this helps when coaching and mentoring others. I don't use video, which clients find very liberating - they've spent a lifetime worrying about what others think of them, so they can just focus on being heard and don't have to dress up (unless it's just for them!).
