I offer professional counselling to improve client’s emotional problems---Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Changing negative habit , Low Self Esteem, Relationship Issues, Communication issues, Grief/ Loss, Anger Management, Figuring Life Direction , Cultural Diversity Issues.

How I work
My therapy sessions are private and confidential which makes clients feel like a weight has been lifted off their shoulders. They can speak to me in full confidence, knowing that everything we discuss is between them and me. I am active participant in the problem solving process, asking questions, making challenges and suggestions, thus helping them to perceive their issues in a different light. Since my retirement from Social Services, I have practiced Face to Face Counselling.
