I do an assessment via skype, Zoom, or WhatsApp call. I also do f2f counseling/hypnosis if you are in the Cape Town area. After the initial assessment session, we work out a treatment plan. Short term intervention requires 3-4 sessions. In hypnosis sessions, I address; stop smoking, weight loss, anxiety, self-image, phobias, and many more issues. If you do not believe in hypnosis, I follow the more traditional therapy way.
