I am a 32 years old from Cape Town, South Africa I am a life coach and speaker with passion to help people on their journey of self development and achievement. In turn the reward that I get is the continuous improvement and development of myself which for me is one of the most rewarding activities in my life.

How I work

Over the coarse of my career I have worked in the hospitality, event and film industry in various positions and it is through my own personal journey that I found my passion of being a coach. As a coach I help my clients to take stock of where they are right now in this present moment, overcoming limiting beliefs and developing confidence, a growth mindset and a fresh perspective through using a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Process.
