Before running a wellness practice, I worked as a teacher and translator.
I work with adults from all age groups, in person and online using Zoom, Skype or FaceTime. My approach integrates existential, positive psychology and somatic mindfulness coaching. Areas I cover include life transitions, stress management, self-confidence, sexuality and identity. I offer deals of 6 or 12 sessions. The frequency of the sessions can vary from weekly to monthly.
