I have had the most wonderful experience of working closely with young and mature populations who may require short or long term support during times of crisis and self-doubt. My work has involved offering support using a person centred approach. "Everyone is unique without the need for a one size fits all approach." My experience as a professional as given me the privilege to have worked in educational establishments, special schools, adult education, maximum secure hospitals with empathy.

How I work
I maintain a professional but caring approach towards my association with a person seeking guidance and support. Therapeutic models, using diverse and eclectic approaches from psycho-social and CBT models are utilised. However, it is my belief that a genuine and warm approach can be very effective. Therefore, the use of "active listening" is a key main factor for working closely with individuals who may require emotional support, to help break down erroneous perception.
