I am a trained nutritionist for many years doing nutrition counselling. About 7 years ago, I became interested in mental health and I have recently obtained my Masters degree in counselling. I have also spent more than 300 hours in my counselling practicum doing counselling with various groups of people (elderly, students, individuals with substance abuse). I find it very fulfilling when I am able to help my clients overcome their challenges in life and achieve health and wellness.

I like to do wellness counselling combining both my training in nutrition as well as mental health counselling in order to help me clients achieve both physical and mental health. By looking at my client's most pressing need in terms of their physical and mental health , I want to help them to determine their goals and explore the best way possible to achieve them. By supporting my clients through the process of change, I want to empower them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
