I have over 15 years of counselling experience and a very broad knowledge of the health and wellness services sector in Canada. My professional counselling experience has been developed through years of being a preferred provider for large Employee Assistance Programs, serving fortune 500 companies within Canada and the United States.

How I work
Psychotherapy is a relationship. Research has repeatedly shown that the single most curative factor in therapy isn’t simply the technique employed, or the therapeutic approach (from psychoanalytic to cognitive-behavioral, to humanistic), but the relationship between client and therapist that develops during the course of treatment. I look forward to guiding you through any situation you are dealing with.
