My name is Stephanie. I'm a wife, mother, and military spouse. I have my BS in Behavioral Science and currently pursuing my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal, career, and relationship goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and confusion. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation which allows both my prospective client and I to establish if we are the right match for each other. If deemed a good fit we will target one of the three sessions that I offer which are: Life Coaching, Career Coaching, and Relationship Coaching - prices vary depending on the session.
