My name is Mhlanguleli Ngqumshe, a philosophy honours graduate, career guidance officer, spiritual leader, a tutor and a bachelor of social science graduate, majored in sociology and psychology. I have coached and mentored people in different fields, such as university, colleges, network marketing, and of cause for many years, coached and mentored people in church. I love people and I love guiding them , and in a way empowering them and listening to them.

How I work
I basically assist for both spiritual and emotional challenges, with an attempt to guide and assist with stability in ones life. Due to my background of humanities , behavioral and social studies, I ground and challenge one in core realities of human nature, with a flavour of spirituality. I worked for some time as a part-time philosophy lecture at the university of Forthare and helped with career guidance at buffalo city college for some time. And been a spiritual leader for over 5 years.
