I am hard working and dedicated. I pride myself on my work ethic. I am very keen to use my recently acquired Level 4 Diploma in Specialist Counselling - I am registered with the British Society of Yoga established in 1946. On passing my exam, I also have a nationally recognised certificate with ABC Certa an Awarding Body in the field of Education.

How I work
I am a Qualified Specialist Counsellor, I am thinking taking steps to start a small business which I may do when things settle down after Covid 19. I will meet Clients face to face or on-line, whichever suits them best. I specialise in "Depression"; "Stress/Anxiety"; "Addictions"; "Bereavement"; "Neuroses". I have mentored Clients with Agoraphobhia and stress/anxiety symptoms. From 1993 - 2016 I worked as a Manager for the MoD in various fields.
