My name is Porche Proffit and I have a background in psychology. I have a B.S in Psychology and M.S in Forensic Psychology. I also have a start-up non-profit organization that assists people coming from prison and re-entering the community with coaching and case management services remotely.

How I work
I primarily work with individuals in building confidence, building connections, and learning to navigate the negative and positive of life. We will work together to make a coaching plan that works for you, and weekly coaching assignments that can help to reinforce some of the topics that we discuss during coaching sessions. Lastly, I am very flexible and am often available for questions or even to process and reflect on situations that come up during our time of coaching.
