Professional background

A UKCP registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 15 years clinical experience.

How I work

I provide weekly virtual sessions, offering a confidential, non-judgemental space for people to explore their habitual thoughts and patterned behaviour. We all have developed inner critics, which were once useful, but are ofter no longer serving us. We work together to find more of our inner wholeness, and create more spaciousness from our negative thoughts. I work with depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues and spiritual questioning as people seek to find greater meaning.
