I have been a practicing therapist since 1994 and have specializations in: Pastoral Counseling; Women's issues including Aging, Body Image, Rape, Domestic Violence and Incest; Depression, Loss, Grief, and Anxiety; Couples Counseling; LGBT issues; and serious mental illnesses (Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder). I have considerable experience and training as an online counselor and am also a qualified LMHC supervisor in Florida for registered interns (as of now, 4/2020, supervision is online).

Our sessions consist of conversations that may involve problem-solving, teaching, guiding, looking more closely at trouble-causing issues, things that may never have been spoken of before, uncomfortable topics - whatever you come to me with is where we start. I am here to help you through those things that make you want to talk to a professional therapist.
