How I work
I offer 50 minutes of Person Centred Counselling the first session is a triage we then do an assessment to see how you are feeling in yourself . I then offer you the opportunity to discuss issues that are bothering you on your every day life . I will listen and reflect back to you so that you can get a clear picture of what I am hearing you saying. We can then look at possible pathways for you to consider looking down to move forward..
