I am an experienced Counsellor, I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and MSc in Psychology. I am also a life and Health and Wellness coach. Currently, I own my private practice, I have also worked as a Counsellor in an educational setting supporting children with anxiety and depression in schools. I have also worked for the NHS National Health Service) and Crisis Mental Health Team. I can provide therapy in Portuguese for those who require it.

I am a Person-Centred therapist but also use CBT and Solution Focus approach when required. I have a broad range of adult and young people’s clients covering issues relates to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, personality disorders, relational issues, trauma, PTSD, loss, anger management, addiction. eating disorder, OCD, social anxiety, cultural issues, sexuality, sexual orientation. I am passionate about counselling, which helps to empower clients, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
