Formally coach college basketball for 22 years. For 15 of those years I was a successful head coach. Thrived on mentoring young men to reach their goals and dreams. I focused on how to make them a better person a better student and a better athlete on a daily basis. I identify their negatives and helped eliminating those and focused on their positives. I now use the tools I effectively used during my coaching career to counsel people In their personal and professional lives.

I currently own a farmers insurance agency. I canceled people on the transition is making a career change. I also counseled people on how to take control of their life and illuminating the negatives that are keeping them from succeeding.
