I believe in listening, caring and supporting others. I also believe that it is important to keep one's life in balance in order to enjoy the life that we have. To do this, I apply my creative resources in order to resolve challenges. Walking outside in nature is very healing, as is reading, being with friends, and working with my hands. I appreciate the beauty in life and nature.

How I work
I have over 20 years of experience working to support families by teaching childbirth classes, doing doula work, and being an assistant midwife. I went back to school and obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and continued my work with postpartum couples and their parenting issues. I also obtained a certificate in Couple's Communication and worked with individuals and their relationship issues. Helping others to live life in a calm thoughtful way is also very important to me.
