Many people don’t know where to start with their career transition so they may give up before they try.
If you are thinking of a change, you need to strategize your career direction just like how you may manage your current work projects.
Do a SWOT self-analysis, write a resume, edit your LinkedIn profile, and practice your interview answers sound easy but this is where it can become difficult if you are not working with a career coach.
