When things don't work out the one thing to avoid is to fill your head with questions of 'Why'?
'Why did it not work out?'
'Why did he change?'
'Why did they say what they said?'
'Why were they so mean to me?'
Endless questioning leads to only one thing - sleepless nights and depression.
While you are trying to work out what is going on in another's mind, life is passing you by.
Trust me the other person is living their life - so why aren't you?
Too many of us are still living in the past and hanging onto past events and letting past events control our now. This is not living.
This is wasting life. What you should be focused on is your future and building a new future. A future of joy and fulfillment.
You have to break free from the questioning. You will never have your answer, as we can never really know what is going on in anothers mind, so stop it now.

The mind that you are in control of is your own. Use your mind, which is your most powerful tool to create a better, happier life for yourself.
Stop focusing on something that is of no value to you anymore.
Value yourself and let go of the past. The door is open to your future.
Stop looking back and look ahead towards your future.
Remember, you receive what you focus on, so by focusing on that which caused you pain and confusion, you are only going to create more of it.
